Division. Our staff of trained IT professionals can work with Corporate
Facilities Resources to plan, organize and execute a smooth and trouble-free
move. GNS can help support the relocation of a single business site
or an entire campus - everything from individual desktops and peripherals
to large server rooms and data centers.
Our Relocation
Services Include:
- Cost
and budget projections
- New
location premise wiring (if needed)
- Provide
a systems consultant to help plan and manage all phases of moving
the network and computer equipment
- Develop
point strategies to ensure good communication throughout the move
- Address
requirements for special handling or security
- Generate
a detailed spreadsheet of all workstations, servers and printers
- Chart
specific configurations of workstations
- Label
all hardware to be moved
- Disconnect
and reinstall workstations (according to chart)
- Uninstall
and reinstall multiple hardware platforms
- Systems
testing
- Provide
a complete report of all units moved (if needed)
- Post
move support
